Heaven and Hell: how far can faith go?

And most of the people I know, doon din pupunta. Naniniwala naman akong Siya lang ang may kaya, but these saints will lead the people to Him, in heaven.

I get rid of my evil sins. And it's starting to become scary.

The end of the world is scary, and I'm no angel. I say bad things when I am mad, I do bad things everyday. But at the end of it all, I pray, apologize, give thanks, talk with Him. I don't feel guilty not going to mass every Sunday, because I have issues with priests, and the money from the mass collection. Ahahah! But I listen to Him whenever I think I need guidance. I talk to Him when I am down. I talk to Him when I am happy. It's like having a dad I never had.

I don't know whom to believe anymore. Maybe it was never about the words during the homily, because priests can only say so much. As far as I know, and as far as I will ever be, it's just Him and me until the end. I only get one shot at this life, and I won't have it any other way. I'm a Catholic, and I believe my saints. I'm a Catholic and I might not be praying everyday, but when I do, I'm pretty sure I mean it. I love my Lord, and I am sure He loves me too.

  1. Protestants kept saying those things and putting the scare on people... they put the Bible's words literally on just about anything but why can they not accept certain things the Catholics are doing? like the Eucharist for instance He said "do this in memory of me" and that what we receive are "my body and blood" but they say it's symbolic... and why can't they cut off their tongue and their hands if it causes them to sin? The mere fact that they speak ill against the Pope or for other people for that matter are even worse than the Pope's call to prayer, dialogue and peace. who then is evil? Catholics are not idolaters if they know their devotions would lead them to Christs... We have saints because they live exemplary Christian lives that they reflect Christ's image just as it is written in the book of Matthew "let your light so shine before men that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven"... and how can they be so selfish claiming they are the only Christians? there are several protestant denominations so not all of them are the same Christians? but we call ourselves Christians because we believe in Christ therefore, we identify ourselves to Him that's why we belong to Him and don on us the name Christ-ian... besides the Catholic church has been existing for the longest time and just as Christ promised... the gates of heaven shall not prevail against it therefore it lasted this long from the time he established the Church... like the days of old the Church is holy but not without sinners the apostles were sinners, tax collectors but still the Church existed and survived the length of time the rest were just residues of the Catholic faith... Check out the book Rome Sweet Home a book written by two converts. I believe in the mercy and love of God it extends to the foot of the Cross that dying he destroyed death and saved us all... What's the purpose of His death and that sacrificial act if not to pardon our sins and pay our debts? That's how big his mercy is and that's how much He loved us, sinners. Even protestants are sinners in their own way... Who hasn't sinned? And I dare you to cast the first stone.. I believe John Paul is in heaven and whatever that lady concluded are because of her biases and her ways to get more members to her religion and I suggest that before she say anything against us catholic-CHRISTIANS, she better retrace her steps and she might just find her way back home.
